API Server Data vs. My Watchlist Backfill

I enter:
http://127.0.0.1:16239/req?GetHistory(F,10/1/2009,10/2/2009,5,YES)

It outputs:
Error: no quotes

But then I type F into Quotetracker and it backfills.

I again enter:
http://127.0.0.1:16239/req?GetHistory(F,10/1/2009,10/2/2009,5,YES)

It outputs:
OK
10/01/2009,09:30:00,7.18,7.21,7.09,7.115,2287808
10/01/2009,09:35:00,7.12,7.15,7.05,7.14,2710814
...etc...

Is there a way to get the text OK in the first place, without it being on my Quotetracker screen, watchlist, cache, etc.?
