Hi I have a question about range bars for example if I set it at 2 the bars souled be 2 points long in QT their all different length is their something I'm missing? Huh?

If you use range chart, you should check "customer frequency" under "bar range". For 2 ranges in SPY ($110.XX as of 2/24/2010), it is 0.02. Hope this will help.

No that is not it in order to get even range bars you mast un-check the Heikin-Ashi under chart type...........

well, i may have misunderstood what you wanted. but that's what i have done for SPY. if I want the bar to be 0.5point, on "customer frequency" i input 0.05 ($110.05 and $110.10 in case of SPY). Happy trading.
