Prophet Charts & Backfill are no longer available. Seems Investools (ThinkorSwim) bought Prophet.net out and despite being owned by AMTD, access is gone… great!!!! Oh for the good old days….

Try using Historical Chart option in QT. It has far more functionality than the ProphetCharts window ever did.

Been using Historical Charts for years and they are the primary. Unfortunately, they don't have the ability to compare to an index or another stock.

Sure they do. Just type the 2nd symbol right on the chart. A yellow box will come up showing you what you are typing. Click on ADD TO TOP to add the stock as a secondary symbol. 
 
Compare symbols are handled as indicators. For indices, right click on the chart. Select "Select Indicators".  Add "Compare To Symbol" as a top indicator, then select the index from the dropdown list on the indicator parameter screen. 
 
To remove the symbol, you can either remove it on the Select Indicators screen, or just right click on the indicator legend on top of the chart and select the option to remove the indicator.
