I am new to this thread, and I am trying to connect to the QT API vi my Cobol program written in Kobol and I am having many problems connecting to the socket 16240. I have no issue creating the XML command but I have no way connecting to connect to the socket.

Do I need a library (.DLL or LIB) to link my program with in order o use it, did anybody do this kind of programming that can share with me and is it easier to use the http command

Any advice is apreciated.
