You said it, man. If Jerry doesn't want to help get Quotetracker at least working under Wine, I'm going to have to move on to an online charting platform. I don't want any Microsoft anymore and the same goes for sooooo sooooo many people. I am not asking for a complete rewrite, which I know isn't going to happen. I only ask to be able to login to TD Ameritrade without installing XP on my Linux platform. Just get it working with Wine, that's all I ask. If I can't login, I can't use the program. It needs to work better with the Compiz graphical enviroment and if they could get the memory usage under control.
I love Quotetracker and wish to be able to use it again with my Ameritrade Account. I do wish it had Level II pinksheets, but just wishing on dreams. Etrade Pro works online with Linux, but I hate etrade bad.
This is a whish for those that are quitting microsoft for linux. I know that with a virtual machine it be perfect, but at least you have to buy a xp version if you do not have it.
instead if you use it with wine ... is it almost fine. just missing some little thing to take all the advantage of the graphical environment of linux and compiz. You 'd try.
anyway thank you for the best chart ware
