Problem getting OTC/Bulletin Board/Pink Sheet Quotes!

I am a new user of QT so I am still finding my way around it. One thing I noticed is I'm not getting real time data for OTC/Bulletin Board/Pink Sheet Quotes. My data provider is Etrade. Is the problem with Etrade or QT? And is there a way to correct this?

Can you get quotes on the stocks in question if you try directly from the etrade web page?

Been ok for me w/ ETrade Streamer for those. Steady for
past months. Only prob being sometimes can't get ET to
connect at all but usually a quit QT & rerun will get ET
going. That is only when first launching 2 other QTs prior
to ET and it just doesn't always 'tale'. But doesn't fail
during the day and OB & Pinks so fine - assuming there is
any Vol for them that day. LOL. So I always keep Last Trade
Time as a field to insure the Vol is for that day.
