Hello All; How do I code a WMA based on the High? When displaying a WMA the parameter box contains a "Based On" selection. This parameter is not available in the paintbar box. Thanks JP

I believe there's no need to indicate the WMA was based on the High again in your PB, unless there's another WMA with the same period but NOT based on the High.

There is another WMA paintbar not based on the high. JP

Well, in that case, here’s an alternative:

Let’s assume you have two WMA(10)s, one is based on the high but the other isn’t. Change the period of the second one to 10.01 (add more 0 if that’s not close enough). Now you can differentiate the two by using WMA(10) and WMA(10.01) in your paintbar.

Thanks for the reply but what I need to know is the syntax that describes the WMA based on the "High" not the close. Thanks JP
