When does access to backfil data stop each day?

How many hours after an exchange closes can QT Charts be backfilled:-

1.  On your own national exchange (e.g. Trading room for the ASX)?
2.  For an exchange other than your own (e.g. NASDAQ into Australia)?


Is there a list (table) somewhere?

If not, is such closing time a fixed number of hours - or variable?
